Residenza Paradiso ist eine charmante 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem unglaublichen Seeblick und einem eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Schöner Seeblick von der Terrasse, sehr sonnige und ruhige Lage. Wald, Spielplatz und Wanderwege sind in der Nähe.
Bitte beachten Sie: Residenza Paradiso ist NICHT rollstuhlgerecht, da es ein paar Stufen von der Straße zu einer kleinen Funicolare gibt, die Sie zum Eingang der Wohnung bringt. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, einige Treppen von der Straße direkt zur Wohnung zu nehmen, wenn Sie die Funicolare nicht benutzen möchten.
Ideale Belegung: 2-3 Personen
Raumaufteilung: Ein großer Raum mit Wohnzimmer und offener Küche, eine Schlafgalerie, ein Bad und ein Balkon mit Seeblick.
Bettenaufteilung: Ein Doppelbett (180x200cm). Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann auch in ein 160x200cm großes Bett umgewandelt werden.
Ein mittelgroßer Hund ist in der Residenza Paradiso erlaubt.
