Arrivati in struttura il gestore asseriva di non sapere nulla della prenotazione, dopo un controllo ci riferiva di aver ricevuto la prenotazione da hotel.com soltanto la sera prima quindi ci trovava una camera proponendoci di rinunciare al soggiorno senza ricevere alcuna penale. non sapendo dove andare e non volendo andare da nessun'altra parte siamo rimasti. la mattina seguente altra sorpresa ,la colazione compresa nella prenotazione a detta loro non poteva essere possibile in quanto non sono attrezzati per la somministrazione di colazioni per questo dovremmo avere un rimborso. in compenso la struttura è notevole anche se la piscina è inagibile.

Trop éloigné de Naples, un accueil très succinct, on vous « vend » un appartement avec cuisine mais rien pour cuisiner... robinet de l’evier sans filtre, cadre de lit brinquebalant mais surtout chambre au bord d’une rue extrêmement passante de jour comme de nuit Très bruyant malgré un double vitrage. Quant au petit déjeuner qu’on vous dit inclus vous devez sortir de la propriété’ vous rendre au bar tabac d’à coté lui aussi situé au bord de la même rue, présenter votre ticket et vous avez droit à une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie, basta....! Par contre si c’est lundi le bar/tabac est fermé donc pas de petit déjeuner et vous ne pourrez sortir avec votre voiture de la propriété qu’après Avoir attendu 10h et tambouriner à la porte du gardien et attendu qu’il soit opérationnel !!!
