This beautiful detached villa is located in Gulpinar Area of Dalyan town. Only 10 minutes walking distance to centre of town and the nearest super market, bars and the restaurants. Location is so perfect and quiet/peaceful with beautiful mountain and mature trees view… The villa comprising 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms and 1 shared WC in ground floor. 1 bedroom is on ground floor and other 3 bedrooms are on first floor with all double beds so 8 people can sleep in beds. And if it’s necessary 1 more person could sleep on the couch in living area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also cot & high chair available for baby. The villa has an fully fitted and very well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV. It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting mature plants and trees. There is a private large size swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers.There are two dining table for up to 8 people eating/drinking/sitting inside and outside. There are also garden furniture in terrace and balconies for sitting and relaxing and shaded pergola area with a stone BBQ for your bbq parties. UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access is also provided. We are sure that you would be happy choosing this villa.
P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service directly to villa, car rentals and organise boat trips and other safari tours etc. and currancy exchange service with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!
