Rooms were spacious, but floors, and kitchen surfaces, and table tops were dirty!! The overall condition of the Villa was tired and one of the worse things were the Sunbeds, which were absolutely filthy!! The pool however was cleaned regularly and was a good size.Beware of walking into the kitchen after being in the pool as the tiles are horrendously slippy. We had a lovely stay but the Villa could do with a lot of TLC.Hope these honest reviews are acted on, thank you!!

Breath-taking and highly recommended

Amazing property, very close to all Dalyan has to offer within very short walking distance to the centre, inc supermarkets (10 mins), great sized pool, spacious rooms and comfortable living arrangements. Stunning views, weekly market on your doorstep. Pool staff friendly and discreet. Would highly recommend staying and Dalyan has everything to offer with delicious food, plentry of bars for all ages, lots of shops and markets and just the most welcoming and friendly people who speak very good English and very much support and help you speak Turkish, special recommendation for Hey Dalyan for al your trips and Yener's Place for food and drinks.
