Villa Fazia is located in a panoramic position in Ortezzano, a picturesque village in the Marche countryside. The property boasts a well-kept fenced garden with lawn, and a dining area with table for 20 people and parasol, ideal for alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces there is a private pool (13 x 6 cm, depth 140 cm), open from May to the end of September, and provided with sun loungers and external shower. Next to the pool you will find an annex accessible to guests, equipped with: barbecue, refrigerator and ping-pong table, perfect for the entertainment of adults and children.

At guests' disposal also a private parking for 6 cars.

Internal Description

Elegantly furnished, Villa Fazia is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All windows on the ground floor are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a delightful living room, finely furnished with three sofas, armchair, fireplace, and piano. Following is a bright large kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, small dining table, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fireplace, and tv. Then there is a large dining room with a table for 12 people.

A toilet completes the floor.

First floor: The first floor is made up of a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms (three doubles and one twin) and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Also on this level there is a small terrace with breakfast table, ideal for relaxing while reading a book or sipping a good glass of wine.

Second floor: The top floor houses 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); linen change (20.00€ per set). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
