The high-quality interiors of this property outline a sober and elegant style, aimed at maximizing comfort for your holidays in the Dolomites.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms with shower, sink, and WC (one of them has a washing machine and dryer, and a separate WC), a living room with a modern fireplace and access to one of the two balconies, a kitchen with a dining table and access to the terrace.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and much more.
The terrace and one of the two balconies face East and South respectively, from which you can admire a wonderful view of the Sella Massif and the Sassolungo. The second balcony instead points to the Southwest, offering a spectacular view of the exit of the valley and the entire South side of Ortisei.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only using the stairs. There is also internal access from the garage.

Completely renewed in the year 2023, the historic house Vedl Luech da Plajes, born from an ancient farmhouse, boasts high-quality apartments in a perfect location in the center of Ortisei and just a stone's throw away from the Seceda cable car.
The location is strategic for any type of activity. The center of Ortisei, with the Sant'Ulrico church square, pedestrian zone, shops (including a bakery and the first grocery store), restaurants, and various services, is only 150 meters from the house. You will also find the first bus stops there.
In winter, the location is ideal, as the Seceda cable car, which connects you to the Dolomiti Superski ski area with the legendary Sellaronda, and the La Curta escalator, are only 200 meters from the house, easily reachable on foot, both on the way there and back. For those who love sledding, you will find the Rasciesa funicular with an adjacent toboggan run just 500 meters away.
The same applies in summer, where, in addition to the Seceda cable car 200 meters from the house, you can reach the entrance to the magical Val d'Anna or the charming Luis Trenker promenade in just a few minutes on foot.
Val d'Anna is known for being particularly well-equipped with playgrounds and other activities for children. In particular, the Emozion Col de Flam Park will allow you to experience unique emotions with its zipline and adventure trail.
