Welcome Family, Friends, Fisherman and Hunters to 4 Season Lake House Retreat, we are situated directly on Big Stone Lake with a private access and dock for your enjoyment . If you’re looking for a place to just to get away and enjoy full lake access, two decks, one is located by the water and one on the home with full view to enjoy the lake and the most amazing sunsets, then you have found it here. Our home is remodeled and designed inside and out for your comfort. The interior amenities consists of 4 bedrooms ( Master has a Queen On first floor, the second bedroom has a Queen and the third room has a oversized Twin and the fourth has a full size) which sleeps 7 people comfortably and privately ( no sharing a room is needed) if needed I can bring in another twin bed to set up in one of the rooms. The living room is large with lots of seating for you, your family or friends to gather to watch TV ( wireless internet available for free) or to play games ( supplied) or to just visit. The Kitchen has all your needs ( I supply paper towels, disposable plates, bowls and cups for those who would rather not spend your vacation in the kitchen…. But , there is a dishwasher ( I do not charge for electricity or water), and let’s not forget the laundry room so you don’t have to leave to wash your clothes or take them home dirty ( I supply laundry detergent and softener sheets. My home comes with multiple places to gather and eat with a large front patio as well as a rear one and also a deck connected to the house as well as one by the water near the dock that is beautifully shaded. There is also a enclosed year around porch that has a 180 degree view of the lake to enjoy all year around with breakfast or anytime to watch the wildlife or our amazing sunsets and sunrises without having to leave the house. There is wild life for all to enjoy watching while you sip a hot beverage in the morning. During the winter, there’s an electric fireplace on the porch, as well as Large Built in Fireplace with Logs and a beautiful ambience to watch and listen too in the Living Room as well, so you will always be warm and cozy in the winter. If you’re coming in During Thanksgiving the house will be decorated in full Fall Decor and at Christmas time, there will be a Christmas tree up decorated ( I love Lights So I hope you do too) . There is tons of comfortable seating in the living room so everyone can enjoy the TV which has wireless Internet for each of the televisions in each room. There is so much to do around the area, whether it be boating ( if you don’t have a boat there’s places to rent less than 4 miles away if you do have a boat there’s a place you can park it right at the top of the property). So whether your coming to hang out on our private dock to kayak, fish, ice fish, hunt , hike or just lounge around during the summer or spring or come here in the winter to do ice fishing, hunting, shopping, visiting the city or going on day trips to South Dakota ( which is across the lake), as well as visiting the other surrounding lakes.It’s all at your fingertips. We also offer you, during the holidays or a special event ( with prior consent on how many people ) the ability to celebrate Christmas, thanksgiving or an anniversary, reunions and more.
