Delightful apartment finished with care and elegance, recently built and renovated located on the slopes of the village of Orvieto, is located inside a small building. Very bright and spacious house with 2 large bedrooms and open space with equipped kitchenette.
The house has an exposure on three sides with a view of the Orvieto cliff, in a quiet neighborhood full of greenery. It is composed of a large open space with kitchenette, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony from which you can enjoy relaxation and sun while sipping a nice glass of wine.
You enter through the gate with an independent opening (without key), then you enter the door of the building, you enter the house on the first floor and as soon as you enter the house you enter a large open space consisting of a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa and an armchair. , table with chairs.
