Don’t stay here if cleanliness is non-negotiable

Room had noticeable dirt throughout, bedsheets, shower etc. The sink drain leaked from the trap (fixed myself) but the fact that I had to is ridiculous. The sheets had lint/hair on them and the shower walls had hair as well. The room was on the backside of the building (normally fine but the parking lot was horrible) one night it had rained and the parking lot had created a horrible red/orange mud that got over everything and stained my clothes. (Didn’t realize it was on my shoes. The room was comfortable enough to rough it for a few nights as we only used it as somewhere to sleep/shower before doing our activities for the day. But otherwise firmly and not what was expected from images alone.

Check-in was easy due to the room's door code. Amazingly quiet room even as the property is on Hwy 5. Very comfortable beds, pillows and whole room! We will be back if ever in the area! Awesome restaurant just North on Hwy 5 called Val's. A must stop for breakfast!!

Ruined the handicap. Beds too high.frame moves across floor. Toilet too low, no grab bar. Can't reach paper. No cold water only warm . New air small, blows air under curtain. Took 2 hours to find out lamp in touch. Used this 7-8 times in 18 months. Can't go back being handicapped

The room smells terrible! Paint fumes and I could not, did not stay there. I have allergies and the odor was horrific. When I turned the AC on it made it worse smelling old and musty. There was no one to call although I did send a text to which no one returned my call! The place was not warm and welcoming, quite the opposite. I’m asking you for a full refund. Oh and the back parking lot is creepy with a trash bend. Who in their right mind would find the trail then stay back there and build a campfire!? Creepy! There was no staff. Really I think this might be a false advertising thing. Please refund my money.

Would suggest adding more large towels for 4 people in a room and fixing the ac unit in 105. We noticed the room seemed to be updated recently so understand there might have been a few glitches. Overall a decent stay.

Updated motel

The hotel looks to be somewhat updated recently. The vinyl flooring needs a good cleaning and the ac unit in 105 is very loud when sleeping. Beds and pillows are fairly comfy. I would suggest the rooms be serviced every other day instead of every 3rd since there are not enough towels for 4 people. We appreciated the ice machine and coffee in the nearby lounge.

This motel appears to have been upgraded recently. The flooring, fixtures and furniture, and bedding all seemed to be pretty new.

Double charged us and won’t refund

Double charged us and never refunded. I called at least 4 times and left a message. The manager never called me back. We used to stay here twice a year but won’t be back. I’m sure the owner will be responding to this review with they gave a refund. NO THEY DID NOT. I know how to read my bank statements. I have given you since April to refund-and now this is June.

Good choice!

Our room was very clean and it was newly renovated in beautiful colors that created a relaxing atmosphere. The television offered many channels. The owner was very helpful in letting us know how and when to get into our room. The beds were comfortable and the water in the shower was nice and warm! The location and price were good for what we were doing. Highly recommend for a quiet night's sleep.

I loved getting the code to access room and have a swift check-in with receipt just emailed to me. We had an ice bucket in the room, but were never able to find an ice machine with which to fill it which was a little sad. The tub was super slick and both my son and my Mom fell in it. I would have had I not put a towel inside the tub to help with a little bit of traction.
