2-3日前にチェックインの方法を記載したメールを送ると楽天のサイトに記載があったが、連絡なし。 泊まる当日に連絡するとようやくチェックイン方法について教えてくれた。 実際に部屋に入室すると壁には指で付けたような茶色いシミがたくさんついており、とても不快だった。 キッチンマットはヨレヨレでシミもあり、素足では踏みたくないレベル。 布団用の白いマットやソファはシミだらけで直に触ったり座る事を躊躇した。 楽天の画面にはWiFi完備と書かれていたが、実際に部屋に入ってみたらWiFiのIDやパスワードがなく、問い合わせてみると、WiFiは入っていないと。記載があると言われたが、楽天のサイトには完備と書かれており、どこにもWiFiの設備がないとは記載がなかった。 連絡した時のスタッフさんの対応は丁寧だった。 お風呂の床は赤カビが目立っていた。 トイレは綺麗だった。 立地についてはとても広くて綺麗な入浴施設が徒歩2分の所にあり、道中にコンビニもあるのでとても良かった。 歩いて行ける範囲に居酒屋やコインランドリー、安いパーキングもあるので立地はとても良かった。 部屋の清潔感がもっとあると嬉しかった。
