3 pm ( no earlier check-ins allowed ) was terrible, with all new guests converging at same time, causing long line ups, confusion, and self-check in was also very time consuming and irritating. Very little personal interactions. Very impersonal with little smiles from staff present since they were pushed themselves to have all new guests looked after properly. Change your strict policy-it will help.

No customer service or international standards whatsoever. Refused to hold luggage for us like all other hotels do and told us to haul it to the train station instead. Would not even check if room was available before 3pm when we returned to the second half of our stat. Waiting area in the hotel is substandard. Rooms are ridiculously small.

Such tiny rooms. I didn’t realise when booking that the rooms were only 11 sq metres. There was no where to lay out your luggage. So you had to pack it up and put under the bed each day. However the location was great. Close to trains and shopping.

Clean and affordable hotel in Osaka. I love the efficient check in and check out system. The room was on the smaller side (though this is due to the type of room I selected) but it was still comfortable. My only criticism is that my room didn’t have a safe.
