I enjoyed it. It's very comfortable and convenient area I stay in (Honmachi). I went to onsen once, wish I can go more often. The staff are very polite and intelligent. Now I know where go when I come back.

It is nice hotel although it is next to a main road where it seems a lot of cars or bikes race at night, also the fridge in my room sounded like it was on it last legs and made some horrible noises, plus the WiFi was never consistent.

The window, whether open/vented or closed, facing the highway bridge is extremely loud with motorcyclists blasting their exhausts pipes. Not a comfortable night's rest. However, on the other hand, this hotel is extremely clean and staff were courteous. It has a pretty nice bath house and connected restaurant and convenience store and underground subway station.

It is a nice place but all the inner corridor are exposed to outside by the inner court. So during cold months the cd gets easily in the room. So we had to use more the heater.

Nice and clean, close to everything

My bf and I were visiting Osaka for 4 days and we picked the Apa hotel - Midosuji Honmachi-Eki Tower mostly because it was within the average price per night, super close to the metro station, to the shopping area Shinsaibashi and Namba - Dotonbori. The rooms are tiny but clean and nice, have storage under the bed for the luggage. The hotel has spa, massage and restaurant which are a little pricy. Laundry machines - coin paid. Also the free common bath for men and women. One cons - the bath wont allow people with tattoos (and i understand/know the reasoning, but come on its 2025 and many tourists visiting Japan - that rule should be dropped from the hotels. We stayed in Kyoto and had no issues to use the common bath there)

The location is good for travellers who is carrying a luggage as there is a lift from the mtr to the hotel entrance. Even when it is raining or you are carrying heavy goods, you can still reach the hotel. Also, the tv monitor inside the room shows tourist info or room service menu in different languages. This is user friendly for travellers from abroad.
