Clean facilities and rooms. Conveniently located (in walking distance) to train & bus station and a variety of dining and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early and was able to store our luggage and explore the area for a few hrs before checkin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely hotel although when we arrived it was not easy to find out how to check in. The room was really clean and quiet and was really comfortable with lots of amenities; toothbrushes and paste, hairbrushes, body scrub towels, cotton pads, shower caps, razors, yukata, slippers etc yea and coffee in the room too. The lifts in the morning were extremely busy so there was quite a wait and no stairs except for the emergency exits, so many guests were waiting. We didn’t use the public bath or restaurants or pool.

I paid for the 40f breakfast which is more than the 2f breakfast so I expected good choices and fresh. NO! You can plainly see the breakfast was leftovers from the following days to the point the brown curry sauce was so thick it was slow coming off the paddle! NASTY! I asked to change to the 2f they gave me such hassle they only allowed me to change on my last day and lo and behold it was great options and fresh food! So why did I pay extra for recycled food to see the view of buildings?! The room did not get cleaned to my liking it was someone else’s long hair on the floors. No change machines for foreigners to be able to do laundry smh it’s 2025 why can’t you have a way to use a credit card or bills that turn into coins?? The bed was not comfy at all and don’t get me started on those flat flaaaat pillows! I didn’t get to use the bath because I doubt there was minerals in the water due to people in the elevator smelling bad AFTER being in their….noooo thanks. However I would say the convenience of the hotel is excellent it’s close to soo many places so I might give this place another try in the future.
