Excellent hotel. Clean. Rooms are small but functional. Located literally 50 meters from Namba station if you find the proper exit. The hotel is so big it has its own 7/11 on the 4th floor. Very convenient for snacks or a cheap meal. Dontonburi was a 8 minute walk or 500 yen taxi ride. Only issue was the heat. I found the hotel temperature too hot and you can’t adjust it even though there’s a temperature gauge in the room. But this is a very minor issue as most people would want their room to be warm in the winter.

Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again.

Newer business hotel. Room sizes are exactly what to expect from a business hotel. Room is clean and hotel is quiet. Only negative is the onsite steak house. We ordered a tomahawk, among other things, and it was absolutely awful.

Room Cleanliness: Not impressed. When I first entered the room, I found a used toothpick on the carpet near the door, which gave a poor first impression. During my four-day stay, I also noticed that one of the two beds was wobbly and creaked whenever my partner moved. Both mattresses were too soft in the center, and the pillows were very thin even though there were two per bed. Comfort & Facilities: The room temperature is centrally controlled, and renting a heater or cooler costs extra. There is no air filter in the room. In the lobby, there is nowhere to sit and wait, which was inconvenient. Location & Amenities: Great location—very close to JR Osaka and Namba Subway stations. The hotel offers free luggage storage, and there are hot baths available. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient. Summary: Convenient location and some helpful amenities, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
