We loved our stay. Extremely clean with comfortable beds. Great location, many restaurant and convenience stores within a short walk. We stayed on the 11th level and had great views off our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel, and would gladly choose this hotel again on future trips.

We had a lovely time at this aparthotel. It was clean, felt modern, and the check in process was easy. The location was also great making getting around Osaka easy. Only downsides were the small pillows and it not being as accessible luggage transfer wise due to there not being a reception.

Location is great. Near Dotonbori but far enough from the crowds. Quiet and easy to find. Gave instructions clear how to check in and to get into the facility and room. Perfect stay

We had a great stay here. The room was large by Japanese standards, spotlessly clean and had a hob and a microwave if you wish to cook. The location is perfect, short walk to Dotonbori and Namba and subway and mainline train stations (15 min walk). Lots of supermarkets and convenience stores within 5 - 10 min walk too. The hosts were very responsive too when we had any queries. Highly recommend.
