Didn't really see any staff... The check-in process was through a screen but was easy. Room was great and nice and clean too... Would be good to have a way to plug in a Chromecast or some other device to tv for kids as there are no english or kids channel on tvs. Internet connection very good, location was pretty good too 3 mins from Ebisucho metro without luggage.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was a great find in Japan, especially since it had a western size room, which made a huge difference while traveling with a friend and two large suitcases. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. I really appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower, and the fancy Japanese toilet was a nice bonus. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, yet the hotel was on a quiet street, which made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was mostly perfect. The only thing that was lacking was a broom or vacuum to clean up the floor. Most of the issues we ran into was from when we arrived. We never received any of the confirmation codes to get into the building or check in. Luckily there happened to be someone there to help get us in but we still weren't given the entrance code to the building. Throughout the stay we ended up walking in behind other instead. This issue was not a one time issue either as we helped 3 other groups get into the building to check in and help them contact the building for their confirmation codes as they never received them just like us. The number to call also doesn't work. Their preferred method to get a confirmation code if you didn't receive it was through email which is the slowest method I can think of to get a resolution outside faxing. The room was awesome and extremely well equipped outside the broom. If they kept the building more staffed and actually send the check in codes our stay would have been significantly smoother.

Our stay at this property was perfect. The checkin process was easy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed; we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids).
