Clear check on process, and the room was clean and tidy. Local amenities within easy reach. The main bed and pillows were very hard which meant waking up with some aches, but overall a great stay. Would stay here again, but will remember own pillow!

The futon couch was very uncomfortable. One side was broken. The outdoor balcony did not have anything to sit on, eating counter very narrow.

Conveniently located next to two convenient stores (just downstairs) . Also, I felt quite close to umeda station (about 10 mins walk or less if without luggage)

Nice condominium. Although there are no services that are provided in hotels, amenities are available. Clean place and comfy beds. Room can be configured for privacy. This place makes you feel at home. Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping mall and train station.

Great condo close to transportation and food. Its not staffed but that didnt matter. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants near by. Less than 10 minutes to 2 train stations. We definitely would love to stay again sometime. Thank you!

We loved the place, easy to check in and good facility. At first the heater did not work, but it worked better once we cleaned the filter with the vacuum cleaner. I saw someone talking about clogged air filter, so I was surprised. Though I would recommend this place for anyone.
