この度はありがとうございました。 立地、部屋や建物のキレイさや価格を考えると十分なんですが、どうしてもアウトな点があります。 洗面台の下からだと思うんですけど、下水の激臭がかなりのぼってきて部屋、特に脱衣所に充満してしまっています。 建物も新しいし、配管のつまりや汚れとかではなく、「防臭キャップ」やちょっとした施工にトラブルがあるのでは？ あくまで推測だし、2階だからとも考えたのですが、一度水道屋さんに見てもらう事をおすすめします。 あの部屋だけなのかな？ それ以外は良かったので大阪に行く際の常宿にしようかなとも思います。 良い滞在期間になりましたが、ほんとにこの点がとても惜しいです。
