Stay here if youʻre in Osaka and want to explore Dotonburi. Beautiful hotel. Central to down town street markets. Namba station is steps away. I wish I stayed longer. I spent 1 night here before departing Japan. I will definitely book again when I am in Osaka next year.

Great and friendly staff, very convenient location close to major destinations and easy to walk to train stations. The rooftop is amazing with the best view of the city. The room was spacious, high tech and love the Nespresso coffee in the room.

Stayed in the Yu family room and it was a wonderful stay. Cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Kids loved the bunk beds and tuk tuk shuttle. Even on the 20th floor, you could hear trains below but it didn’t bother us and didn’t have an issue sleeping

Central Clean Comfortable

Service is excellent; room is comfortable with all amenities and a beautiful bathroom. The hotel is next to a shopping center with restaurants onsite and at the center; and only a short walk to Dontoborin and other great places. Recommend the Centara and we will use it again when in Osaka.

We have opted in for a higher floor room. Overall, the hotel offers nothing apart from the room, there is not even a proper lobby to hang out. Everything you need will cost you extra. They tried to charge me twice for breakfast during check-out and the process to check-in and check-out took forever. There is no where to hang out in the hotel unless you want to pay extra for it. There is not even a lobby to sit down and chill, it's just a sofa where you can sit for checking-in. If you want a lounge or any area to hang out, you have to pay. It feels like the hotel is set-up to make money off you. We also had zero benefit from booking a higher floor room, which was more expensive, and in the end we were told we cannot access the lounge because we needed to book an even higher floor. Breakfast was bad and not good value for money, and the coffee was the worst.
