The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the station with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The food court next to the hotel had a great choice of cuisine - Italian, Indian, Japanese.

Clean and close to all the attractions. Plenty of food options and all within walking distance. Check in was quick. There were plenty of elevators which made it convenient. We used the children’s room for our little one which was a nice benefit. Overall am happy with our choice of hotel. Will stay again in the future.

Our room was spacious and clean with big windows. The hotel was close to Namba station for easy transportation. We got drink coupons but the time for use was a little limited so we didn’t get a chance to use them.

quiet oasis in Osaka

I'm not sure if I booked it or was given it, but I had the 1 bedroom (double), which was excellent. A corner unit with a nice view of Nippombashi below. Very quiet and spacious room. The best part is that the bedroom was separated from the living space and there were barstools for us to eat at the counter. There's a Lawson's across the street and Family Mart's very close in the neighborhood, so you can easily grab a quick breakfast from the convenience stores to eat in the comfort of your own room. It was easy for us to walk with our luggage from the station and walk to Dotonbori/Shinsekai/Shinsaibashi/Namba Parks shopping mall at night. Also did a daytrip to Nara from Osaka. I got two free drink coupons for the downstairs lounge and it was very relaxing to sit there for a bit and recover from our hectic itinerary. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel with very spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but still okay. Great facilities on site like gym, kids playroom, shared kitchen common area and laundry. Very walkable and close distance to many restaurants, main Dotonbori area and Kintetsu line or Osaka namba for access to trains. All easily within 10-15 mins walk. Highly recommend for families.

About 10 minute walk to the hub of Dotonbori but around property itself there isn’t a lot. Closest station is Nipponbashi and it was easy to get to Universal, Kobe and even Nara. Good property but bathroom was a bit small. Great service though made up for it. Water and ice on each level, laundry facilities were plentiful.
