Excellent in every aspect

Everything about staying here was excellent. Staff were across-the-board incredible, particularly the bartender, and I appreciated the hotel's sustainable considerations. Room was impeccable and larger than expected. Excellent shower for long days of walking Osaka. A relatively short walk to trains, but entirely manageable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious room with great location

The room was much bigger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and have helped us with luggage shipping. There was a false fire alarm one night which woke us up, but besides that the stay was perfect!

Our family had an amazing stay at the Citadines Namba Osaka! We would highly recommend the property to anyone. It was like having our own little apartment, and it was so close to the Kuromon market and other wonderful places. They cleaned every day and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely go back!

The staff were always helpful and we truly enjoyed the cafe in the hotel as well (they had the BEST ice cream). Nice facilities (had a gym and a lounge area and a play area for kids). The only minor complaint I have was that one of the rooms we stayed in had a creaky bed which we had to reposition ourselves to take pressure off somewhere so the bed would be quiet for us to sleep. Overall, great experience, lovely staff, close to the shopping and food districts and even pharmacies! If we ever came back, it would be here.

Great hotel in a good Location

We are pleasantly surprise with the size of our room not the typical Japanese small room. Plenty of space to put your clothes and luggages. Very handy to have a self service laundry. Fairly close to Namba station.

Property was in a nice and walking location to many restaurants. Only downside was there’s wasn’t any free drinking water bottle instead you have to get in yourself with a bucket
