The staff were amazing and helpful. We had several questions throughout our stay and the staff were always friendly and willing and able to help. The room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Located 14 minutes from Namba train station and another train Nippombashi about a 5 minute walk. 5 minutes to the outside market and food.

The room was the biggest I've ever had in Japan. The executive twin room had a desk and full kitchenette with a full size fridge. It is a little walk from the stations but nothing terrible and it is right down the street from Dotonbori, which is awesome! Staff was super friendly and the laundry was great! It actually dries your clothes and are full size.

Hotel location was very close to the station (about 6min walk) Staff were extremely helpful and hotel offered luggage transport service which made it easy for us to move around Japan. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with coin laundry inside the hotel. Overall great stay and would comeback again.

The location of the hotel was close to the food market, where varieties of food was really good. Safe neighborhood to walk around. Shopping was convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful, polite and resourceful. I would definitely go back again!
