Big area & close city

This Condo’s area is very close to the town city & a lot restaurants around there, even shopping and eating is very convenient. My family went to Osaka on August 20, and everyday is 33 -36*C, but lucky for us, this unit has two air conditioners, let us all day cool and relaxed. Only one thing need improve. I like to self check in more than go to checkin counter and then go to this Condo, I don’t mind wasting time to do that process, but that moment, my family carry luggages & running on the road and the sametime raining day such embarrassed in my memory...

No public space for entertainment like the pictures showing on the website. There has a kitchen but no appliance with it, not convenience. On the second floor no elevator, it is hard to lift luggage.

시장근처에 숙소가 있어서 식사를 간편하고 빠르게 해결할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 하는 장소도 역에서 얼마 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 편했습니다.

예약 후 일주일전에 check in 관련 메일 받음. 한글로 된 안내서 포함. PDF파일. 단점 1.체크인,아웃을 난카이 난바역 근처에서 해야되는점 (참고, 가방 keeping 가능 저녁 8시전까자.크기에 따라 저흰 500엔 중상정도 크기).니폰바시역 근처에서 숙소까지 한정거장. Check in office에서 숙소까지 걸어서 가기에는 좀 멈. 참고로 난바역 지하에서 4번 출구로 나오면 됨.(check in office) 2. 일반 스튜디오 형태 숙소임. 장점 1. 시내와 가까움. 구로몬 시장에 있음. 2.니폰바시 역까지 도보로 7분이내 3.인원이 많을 경우 추천 4. 난바와 니폰바시 근처 쇼핑과 도톤보리까지 접근성 좋음. USJ갈 경우 니폰바시역에서 킨테츠라인 타고(지하 2층) 니시구조역(350엔. 어른)에서 갈아타면됨. (180엔 USJ역까지) 전체적으로 숙박은 준수한 편.

櫃台與住宿地點有一小段距離，不是太方便，報到時未對住宿環境加以解說，導致入住後許多設施(如熱水器等)不容易理解使用，且找不到提供的物品擺放位置。此外住宿地點很方便。

단체 관광객에게 좋을거같아요

침대가 총6개있어요 복층이로 이루어져서 아래층은 침대 위층은 주방 거실이에요 다트도있고 탁구대있고 빔프로젝트도있어서 단체관광객에게 좋을거같아요 단점은 화장실은 두개이지만 욕실은 하나에요

できれば　丸ごと利用が快適

黒門市場に近い場所で、新鮮食材入手はできるし、繁華街も近い。丸ごと借りて、グループのご利用がお薦め。4階のリビングは本当に快適。ご近所が近いので、大騒ぎは絶対禁止です。
