Room is clean, some of the bathroom shower areas were a little rougher on the edges, Room in general was clean, AC works amazing, onsen was lovely has everything you would need and expect. Post onsen popsicle and yakult is very nice. They include pajamas and slippers to wear to the onsen. Definitely one of my favorite places. This hotel is value for money with free Hot spring to enjoy. The service is also very good. The only problem is that the bath towel is only slightly larger than a hand towel. I’m booking an Eco room so there’s no change of towel for two days. The tower is therefore always wet. What even worse enough is that you have to bring the wet towel to the hot Springs for use as well. There can certainly be improvement in the size of towel.

Good price, good location. Room cleaned everyday (option for this) and spacey enough (18 sqm), can leave heater on when leaving the room too. Onsen is nice, with everything you need there, including lotions. Elevators are fast. Streets are a bit busy at night but otherwise no complaints.

Convenient location, great amenities such as late night ramen, ice cream, and morning drinkable yogurt. Also really liked onsite onsen and laundry facility. Room was okay. Shower stall was a bit odd since it steps out directly to carpeted area. Otherwise, a very good hotel.
