Terrible property management, no check-n response and subpar VRBO customer service

Few days before arrival, I send a notice to property to send address and check in details but never got an answer. before travel, I also contacted VRBO service to get details but got nothing except a phone number to contact property.Never got any details on how to check in. Reached the property and there was a Whatsapp number to call - called and no one picked up. Send messages and no reply. Called VRBO customer support and they also couldnt help. Finally somehow got hold of someone from property to let us in. But in all a terrible check-in experience.

Comfortable Spacious Apartment Relatively Close To Dotonbori

The apartment was a great place to stay for a family of 4. We appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower and sink, it helped a little to have less bathroom congestion with more people. It was very comfortable with everyone having their own bed. The main bed was 2 smaller mattresses put together. After staying in a cramped apartment in Tokyo, this one felt a lot better. There is what you would consider a full kitchen for Japanese standards and the table was big enough for all 4 of us to sit around and eat. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori and the other major shopping areas. You'll end up walking allot to visit anything here. The train station is also 10 minutes away. One of the most convenient features is there is a Family Mart right around the corner of the building so it is very convenient to get breakfast, snacks, or drinks. I would recommend staying here - it worked out well for my family of 4.

Gute Wohnung

Es war völlig ausreichend für die Zeit in der wir in Osaka Urlaub gemacht haben. Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Man muss dazu sagen und das soĺl vielmehr ein Kompliment sein als eine Kritik, dass wir bei unserer Anreise auch direkt eine andere Wohnung bekamen, da die Reinigung in der geplanten Wohnung vergessen wurde. Die Verlegung verlief problemlos und schnell. Für uns war es eher der Beweis, dass selbst in solchen Situationen die Gastgeber schnell reagieren und ihre Freundlichkeit beibehalten und in keinen Stress ausarten. Die Wohnungen waren identisch und es hat alles funktioniert und war sauber. Die Bahn war auch fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch war der Lebensmittelladen gleich um die Ecke. Resümierend können wir die Wohnung beruhigt weiterempfehlen und ein Aufenthalt ist es wert.
