いわゆる民泊ですが、アパートの空き室を買い取って民泊営業しているので住人の方が別途居ます。 加えて、自分は全く気にしなかったのですが、おそらく人によっては治安が悪いイメージを覚える可能性は大きいと感じました。 掃除はきちんとされていますが、施設の老朽化や未使用時期の防汚は最低限のため、利用者によっては施設に不具合が(利用後しばらく経って)出る可能性はあると感じました。とはいえ施設維持を宿泊者へ求めすぎるとほぼ常に掃除をするのみになってしまいがちで、休息感が薄れます。 だもんで、ごく短期間なら施設状況は気にせず、数日以上の滞在なら自分の感覚で部屋をお手入れすればいいと思います。 熱湯がすく出る・薬局が近いなど衛生確保はかなりしやすいので費用的にはやはり快適な割には安いという感じです。 千林大宮商店街エリアまで歩いても15分〜20分。大阪情緒を楽しむもよし、大阪〜京都〜奈良を行き来する旅の中継地点にしても良しです。
