Hostel not hotel

This is an expensive hostel, not a hotel, as this is a one-room unit shared in a residential building. No room service, no hotel counter, no recipient, no room cleaning. Stayed for a week, will never come back.

Apartment hotel in residential area of Osaka Namba

Facility is more of an apartment building than a hotel. Room was somewhat larger than typical Japan hotel rooms. Had a complete kitchen (cooktop, microwave, fridge, utensils), and a laundry machine with drying lines and racks on the balcony. Room was very clean and appeared freshly decorated. No staff on site, and the location is not obvious. Contacting staff by phone using website information is difficult. Map location may be incorrect, there are more than one Fogainn properties, make sure of which one you are trying to find. Facility is close to numerous convenience stores and a 15 minute walk from Namba JR Station. This could be a good choice for someone who knows their way around Osaka and wants to stay in a residential district, not an entertainment district. It is close to transit service and is in a fairly quiet area.

Nice neat stay at a budget. bonus tranquility!

I did not reply to the keeper's email on check-in time, so he waited for me at the front until my arrival at 4pm. Our room had a kitchen and bathroom of course. the electric stove we used to reheat cooked food. even has the washing machine although we didn't use it. TV was quite big, as we expected nothing more than a bed. Air-con is strong enough also, and room has wi-fi. has also a covered balcony which is good for smokers. the location is great because it is just 1 minute walk to either one of the two nearby the metro stations (of different railway lines). maybe a 15 minute walk to Nihonbashi for info for hobby / toy fans. Not the nearest to the tourist spots but the railway does the job so no worries you can reach any spot within downtown in 2 to 3 stations.

It's a nice and comfortable roon

是一間套房式的住宅，房間乾淨舒適，還有廚房及洗衣機(附洗衣粉)，對於旅行中想洗衣服或自己煮食的遊客很方便，交通方便~位於大國町站和今宮戎站之間，步行約5分鐘就可到車站。

편하게 지내다 왔어요 조리시설도 있고 전자레인지, 세탁기도 룸안에 있고 세제도 주셔서 저는 여행 내내 호텔보다 편안하게 지냈어요! 다이코쿠쵸역에서 1분정도로 가깝구요. 근처에 편의점도 있고 난바까지는 걸어서 15분 정도로 가까워서 산책겸 왔다갔다 하기 좋았어요. 난바, 우메다를 자주 다녔는데 환승이 필요 없어서 좋아요. 그리고 주인분도 친절하셔서 좋았어요~ 일본에서 살면 어떤 느낌일지 궁금하신분은 좋을것 같아요.

가격대비 너무 만족합니다.

남자친구랑 둘이서 갔는데 좋았어요. 일단 위치가 너무 좋았어요 다이코쿠초역에서 1-2분거리에 위치해있으며, 난바역이랑도 한정거장이라서 걸어도 될 위치에 있습니다. 그리고 다이코쿠초역 근처에 우동으로 유명한 맛집도 있어서 ㅎㅎ 좋았어요. 호텔도 침대가 두개였고 가격대비 만족합니다. 세면실과 샤워실 따로 위치해있고, 냄새도 안나고 쾌적했어요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 간다면 또 머물고싶을 만한 장소였어요

가족여행을 하며 묶기에 만족함.

번화가와 가깝고 지하철과도 가까워 편리하다. 특히 유니버셜 스튜디오와는 6정거장거리로 편리함. 조용하고 청결함.

여행중 최고의 만족

일단 위치는 다이코쿠쵸역 4번출구에서 나오면 바로보입니다. 따로 간판이 없기때문에 저 사진상의 초록색선을 잘 기억하시고 찾으시면 될 것같습니다. 방의 크기도 정말 만족스럽습니다. 그냥 소형아파트를 생각하시면 됩니다. 이곳에 묵는 동안은 말그대로 내집처럼 지내다 왔습니다. 저만 알고 다니고 싶지만, 돈 많이버시라고 후기남깁니다.

格安でいてこの満足度！有難い宿泊施設です。

USJへ遊びに行くのに2泊大阪でホテルを探していましたがお盆で、ホテルを取るのもギリギリになったため空いているのは高いところのみ。ギリギリまで遊んで寝に帰るだけだったので安くて綺麗な所を探していたところ、ここを見つけて滞在しました。オーナーさんとお話してとても親切丁寧に対応してくれたこと、部屋には洗濯機まで揃っていたので長期滞在にももってこいだと思いました。キッチン用具も揃えてあり大変便利でありがたかったです。子供達も綺麗なところだったので快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました！

호텔이 아니라 플랫 몇 호실을 호텔로 한 곳이었어요. 주방도 있고 세탁기도 있고. 없는건 없는데 호텔의 서비스를 원하시는 분은 별로입니다. 수건도 하나주고 매일 객실을 청소해주지 않아요. 대신 위치는 전철역에서 가깝고 괜찮았어요.

이용후기 입니다.

굉장히 좋았습니다. 처음에 찾아가는것이 매우 어려웠지만 일본지하철사용에 익숙해지면서 찾아가기도 쉬웠고 관리하시는 분도 매우친절하셨습니다. 수건은 하나 주시지만 필요하면 말하라고 하시고. 침대도 깨끗하고 아. 혹시 빨래 하실분은 세탁기가 방마다 있으니 세제들고 가세요 주변에 약국과 편의점 밥집도 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 열쇠를 하나 주시는데 그걸로 대문을 열거나 엘리베이터에 가져다 놓으면 방이 있는 층수로 갈수 있습니다. 관리하시는분이 영어도 잘하시니 일본어 못하시는 분도 좋을듯 합니다.
