合理的で良く出来たシステム

入館前にインターフォンで暗証番号を聞いて、電卓のような文字盤に打ち込む方式です。 フロントには誰もおらず、電話でやりとりします。 中国人の方が応対されましたが、感じ良い応対で、とても合理的で良く出来たシステムだと感じました。 景観は（窓の外が）横のアパートですので良くありません。 周囲もお世辞にも景観は良くありませんが、難波駅まで10分。 宿泊するだけでしたら十分です。 周辺は大阪らしく、危なっかしい人がうろついていたり、深夜にパトカーが走っていたりしましたが、「大阪だからな～」と思えば問題ありません。 宿泊者が夜間扉の開閉が（少し）うるさく、何度か目が覚めましたが、耳栓も常備してあります。 宿の気配りは良好です。 値段相応か、少し割高かも・・・とは思いますが、とても合理的なシステムですので、次回大阪へ仕事で行く場合も利用させていただくかもしれません。 良くも悪くも大阪です。

미리 후기를 보고 알고가기는 했으나, 프런트 직원분이 자리에 상주하고 계시지 않고 거의 자리를 비우고 계셔서 문의사항이 있을 때 즉각 대응하기가 어려웠습니다. 그리고 만나더라도 의사소통이 잘 되지 않았습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 덴덴타운이라던가 난바역하고 가까운 것은 장점이었습니다. 냉장고가 없는 점과 신발 보관하기가 불편하긴 했어요.

난바역과 다른 역 사이에 있어서 두개의 호선을 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 물론 도보로 10분에서 15분 정도 걸리는기 흠이라면 흠일 수 있습니다! 이 외에는 체크인아웃도 어렵지않고 시설도 깨끗했기때문에 매우 좋았습니다!

价格合理，地点适中，出行理想，周边环境吸引，适合背包客

比我想像中离地鐵站有了一段小距离，步行出行多花了一点时间，但地理位置屬該区中上，旺中带静，該区旅游旺区黑门市场，新世界，电电城，日本橋，道頓堀步行都是十五分钟之内就到，價格也算适中，三个駅站点之间，缺点也就是三站之间，没有那个相对近一点，每次玩樂回去出闸步行回去都有点累，適合一至二个同伙青年人自游行，全程自助形式，不必求人，家庭形式的话设施显得不夠完整，集中区內購物算是一个不錯的选择
