Perfect location within the Shinsaibashi area with lots of shopping, food, steps away from the subway/metro. We usually stay at another hotels around this area and was very happy to have found this new refurbished little hotel in the middle of it all. Definitely would be back!
Walkable distance from a lot of shopping malls and donong areas as well as train stations. Staff were very friendly. Its a great place if youst there to shower/sleep seeing that the rooms are fairly smaller.
10 minute walk to Dotonbory.
Close to metro station.
Good dining options around.
Hotel is a bit outdated but clean.
Has safe box and small fridge.
Good for a solo traveler, ideal for 2 nights.
Rooms were great, staff was wonderful. I had no issues with my stay. However, my friends in adjacent rooms had issues with air conditioning and complained multiple times. After the issue couldn't be resolved they were given 2 separate rooms to replace a two twins. One of these rooms still had no air conditioning. The location is in a great area, lots of fantastic dining options within walking distance and convenient stores nearby.
A quick subway ride from the Shin-Osaka bullet train station, this hotel is in a popular neighborhood with many bars and restaurants nearby. I was concerned that the street noise might be a bit much, but the hotel is set back a bit from the street with windows facing building to each side and quality noise absorption.
The hotel itself was nice. The room was modern and well laid out (the room is small but that is the norm from our experience in Japan). There is a small 'sofa' in the corner that can be used to lay a single large suitcase out (my partner laid his out on the floor near the bed and it wasnt too in the way). Its around a 10 minute walk to the centre of Dotonburi and the famous Glico man.
The location is super close to a major subway hub so it is super convenient to use it as a base to explore Osaka. The staff are the front desk were super friendly and professional as welll. There are lots of eateries and convenience stores around the area too. It is definitely a good hotel for travellers who are looking more at staying out exploring the city for most of their time there and needed just a place to rest at night!
Great location next to Shinsaibashi Station and shopping and a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori or one train stop to Namba Station. We attended World Expo 2025 so the train there and back was fairly straightforward.
We were two adults in the double room which was small, we had 2x 70cm and 2x 50cm carryons, we could only open suitcase at a time. Scarce in room facilities, included a kettle, 2 mugs, 1 spoon. Hair care and skin care and pyjamas were included.
I would stay here again, maybe a bigger room if I came with my family.
The location of this hotel can't be beat. But there are also plenty of downsides. While the room was cheaper compared to other hotels, the front desk was not helpful with my queries and barely spoke any English. The room itself is also very small. I had a hard time figuring out where to put my luggage inside the room and kept on hitting the walls in the shower. The housekeeping also did a very bad job. They did not change my sheets in the 4 nights I was there. This hotel is very basic. No bellman, no security and poor house keeping. I would say it offers similar services to an Air BnB. Be sure to set your expectations when booking in this hotel. It does not stand up to the Sheraton brand.

Liked: Cleanliness
Very close to a myriad of different shopping and walkable to Dotonbori area. There were no amenities and the room was tiny.
Very convenient, easy to find, and clean.. Just about a minute or less walk from the Shinsaibashi Exit 7 from the Midosuji Line.. Also has a 7-Eleven on one side and a Family Mart on the other and walkable to Dotonbori.. Also, even after check out, you can leave your baggage to still continue exploring.. I would definitely stay here again.
We Stayed 5 or 6 consecutive nights. The cleaning was supposed to happen every 3 days and it didn’t happen. The towels were not changed and I had to ask the staff to change them after 3 days.
2 elevators are not enough in the morning if one is used by the cleaning ladies. We literally had to wait 15min for the elevator and we were at first floor. No way we could go down taking stairs because they told us they’re used just in emergency cases.
The staff speaks broken English and was hard to communicate effectively with them.
I expected definitely higher service by such hotel.
