Great location, few minutes walk to subway stations, restaurants and shops. Very quite and safe neighborhood. The only complain I have, it's only one washer and dryer for the entire hotel.

Great location but comfort could be improved

The hotel was a very close walk to Shinsaibashi which made shopping convenient. It was also close to several metro lines so access to other areas of the city and even day trips was easy. The staff were also friendly. However, there were several issues with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. We found leftover garbage from the previous occupants during our first night there left in various places around the room (e.g. inside drawers, on the floor). The room was also very small and the layout made it difficult navigating the short path to the washroom with our luggage in the way. Overall, a great location and staff but the hotel could improve on the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

It was a good stay however, when I asked for a glass of water I was advised it was for members only, I felt most unwelcome. 1 staff member in particular was most unfriendly.

酒店職員有禮，地點在心齋橋和長堀橋地鉄中間，可由地下街北5出口直行到達，樓下有便利店，經地下街又可去心齋橋商店街，如果下雨就有些不方便。

Väldigt trångt med västerländska mått mätt. Väldigt vänlig personal, om möjligt ännu mer servicevilliga än andra japanska hotell jag bott på. Mängder med fantastiska små krogar inom gångavstånd, om man bara törs ge sig in i korridorerna och uppför trapporna.
