寝るだけであれば問題なく過ごせる。

駅北口から出て横断歩道を渡り駅を背に右側へ進んでいきます。目印の薬局が古びていているのと目立たなくて曲がるべき場所をはじめ見落としてしまった。 建物はリノベしているようで一階は水廻りとダイニングで2階に寝室が２つあった。 テレビは2階の一部屋のみ。お風呂には桶と椅子がなくちょっと不便でした。湯船も少々小さめ、宿泊のみなのであまり文句は言えません。 洗濯機は他の方が洗剤しかないと口コミに書かれていたので柔軟剤入りのものを用意して行きました。洗濯機を使用される方は注意が必要です。また、洗濯物が洗った後なんだか臭かった。洗濯槽のクリーニングをしていないのかなと思った。子供3人連れてなので洗濯マストだったのでとりあえず洗濯して乾燥かけて服は使用したが家に帰ってきてから再度洗濯をした。 立地的には駅から少し歩くが途中お店もコンビニもあり何かと夕飯には困らなくて助かった。ただし、お箸がなかったので困った。自身で用意する必要あり。また、寺田町の駅には100円ショップ、ドトール、セブンがありちょっとした買い物等でか助かった。 民泊のためチェックインまでが不安だった。送られてきてURLに事前に宿泊者全員の情報を入力しておくのみ。キーボックスの番号が後からメッセージで送られて来るという感じだった。

駐車場が有り書いてあったが、ファミリーカーは入らず、近くのパーキングに停めたので、案内のところにバーキングの所に軽のみとか書いておいた方が良い。メールだと見落としがちなので、最初から掲示して欲しい(私が見落としていたらすいません) 調味料も自己責任で使ってください。でおいてもらえると助かる。お風呂に桶と椅子がなかったのも気になった。宿泊者が汚してしまったときに使える掃除機等があると助かる。 寝室のウォークインクローゼットの四隅の埃が気になりました。 でも、立地がすごく良くて、楽しめました。ありがとうございます。

快適でした。一棟なので気兼ねなく過ごせます。近くにドラッグストアやコンビニ、飲食店もあるのでこまりません。長期滞在に向いてる場所です。駐車場は軽自動車なら入れます。困りごとにも対応してくれてレスポンスも早めです。

施設は一軒家で中がリノベしていてとても綺麗でした。軽自動車でギリギリ停めれます。 ワゴン車は無理です。近くの駐車場まで歩かないと車停めれないです。中はダブルベッドが3台でゆっくり寝れます。洗濯機があり、洗剤もあり、柔軟剤はなかった。バスアメニティーを増やして欲しいのとバルコニーあるなら喫煙OKにして分煙にしたらいいと思った。 駐車場もあると助かる。
