Lovely stay in Osaka

Great service and friendly staff. Location was great and the rooms had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Hotel seemed to be newer. Coffee machine downstairs was also very convenient and tasted good.

Lovely Hotel

Location was perfect, close to train/metro station, department stores, restaurants etc. staff was very friendly and helpful. Room size was good enough especially my teenage kids loved bunk bed

Perfect for families

New hotel with great room configurations for families. Staff very friendly. Clean towels daily. Laundry on the first floor too with ice machine and water fountain. Great location in Osaka, within a short walk from the train station and to Dotonburi area for an evening wander. Loads of great eateries close by too.

This property is new and very clean. The rooms are great and spacious. We stayed in a family bunk and plenty of room for 4. The various train stations are all within a short distance, closest entrance is 3-4 minutes. You are in the heart of food, shopping, just literally outside the hotel door but our rooms were quiet and I never had issues with outside noise. The coma would be that it’s not as insulated from hearing footsteps above you but never heard voices or any sounds from the neighbors. The other hotel we stayed at had washer/dryer in the room and that was very convenient. This has a facility in the lobby that is coin operated. Great place to stay, no hotel food options is hard if you want breakfast as most places nearby isn’t open until lunch. But 7-11 is a minute away and food at 7-11 is so much better than US.

Great service, location and space!

The location was superb. Just a short walk away from Namba Station. Also, there were tons of great food options within a 5-min radius of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and spoke excellent English. Special shout-out to Annis who always greeted us with a big smile. The room was huge for Japanese big city standards. Our only issue was that we should not have taken the room where the bunks were directly overhead because that meant that we would not be able to walk upright when we got out of bed in the morning. We will probably try one of their other room types next time.

The &Here staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and sink. The bonus was having a freezer. I did not care to have the beds on the floor, but that was a minor thing. It was a very pleasant stay.

A cozy clean no frills hotel that is close to transport and the AirPort Express trains. Good food nearby and lots to shop. Just note that there is no restaurant or cafe within the hotel.

This hotel was excellent. The room was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids). The only feedback I have is for the hotel to move the water and ice machine from the laundry room to an entirely different area on the property. It was disgustingly to fill our water and ice when lint from the laundry room is in flying around in the air when people are using the washer/dryer. Beside this, the hotel was excellent and staff was amazing.
