Wonderful hotel, amazing rooms: big, with a little kitchen, washer and dryer. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is great. Hotel is located close to the train station which is convenient to go places.

Amazing

An excellent hotel located just a 12-minute walk from the station. For those feeling tired, a complimentary shuttle service is also available. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming—truly, nothing more could be asked for.

Despite some hiccups, would recommend visiting

It was a good stay. However there seemed to be a mishap with Hotels.com as it appeared that Holiday Inn did not get the message of the extra guest and treated us as if only one guest was staying despite the request being lodged explicitly. But the breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable. It was also helpful for them provide a shuttle with regular intervals. So yeah, this is worth a stay at.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic. The breakfast options were very good and the shuttle bus to the station was convenient. To walk to the station was only 15 minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops were all nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Overall nice comfortable stay away from hustle bustle of the city. Just slightly far away from Shin Osaka train station. Shuttle service is provided by hotel but at limited time and capacity

Clerk who checked us in came across as a racist in the way she dismissed and treated my Canadian wife of Chinese descent. Room service was also poor, supplies were not properly restocked and cleaning was not thoroughly completed. We have stayed in numerous Holiday Inns around the world and in numerous hotels in Japan and always received friendly, excellent service. We would never stay in this Holiday Inn again

Overall I got what I paid for staff was very well trained and pleasant. The advertisement for VIP access and free room upgrade was completely pointless I got basic access to a small king size room which is what I paid for

It was a very comfortable stay, bed and pillows are just right for me. For me , the location suits me but not for someone who would prefer the a central located accomodation where the sights within reach. The shuttle service is a bonus and the staff were friendly and professional .

Enjoyable stay

Comfortable and cozy big room. Comes with washing machine and little kitchenette with fridge. Bed and pillows is comfortable to sleep long hours. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for their genuine kindness to assist as much as possible. Free shuttle bus service to Shin Osaka station which is very convenient. Highly recommended. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you once again for taking care of us.
