The chairs had stains on them that were not cleaned. Air vent in bathroom had caked on dust. The room was very dated and needed a remodel and a good cleaning.

I visit Osaka annually and it was my first time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. The bathroom conditions were poor with mold everywhere and the shower faucets needs to be replaced. The roller blind in the bathroom screen/window was a poor design.

This hotel was clean and comfortable however very very small rooms for 3 people. No space for a suitcase of any type. It’s located right in the middle of Dontonbori so it’s a nightlife area. If we visit again, we’ll stay off that area a little bit. Too much of a party scene.
