A great location for the metro and exploring Ōsaka. Hotel is great, clean, comfortable and accessible. Staff are helpful and speak English. The breakfast, is satisfactory.

The hotel was pretty good, nice area and friendly staff. The only issue I had was the buffet breakfast, it was very underwhelming. The selection was not great I could barely find something to eat.

Exactly a Japanese business hotel. Size of room quite decent for Japanese standards and affordable too. Nothing fancy, but everything needed for a stay. Location of stay works near train station and middle point of all the tourist spots that we wanted to go.
