Great room!

Located in the Osaka train station, can be a bit hard to find in the train station when you’re hopping on different trains. I found it easier to stay at a hotel outside of a train station vs in. But the room and service was excellent. Super clean and spacious room. Lots of restaurants and food options. 7eleven is near in the train station. Would stay again

Location, location, location! If you want to stay close to Osaka Station this is the place. Hotel Granvia Osaka is right in the train station with quick access to the train and subway lines. Lots of places to eat and shop are right near by. The rooms were decent and the views were great. But the main selling point of this hotel is the location and the convenience of being so close to everything. I Definitely will stay here when I visit Osaka again.

Located above the massive complex of the Osaka train station, this hotel is an easy place to explore Osaka from. Older people in our party liked that they could rest then take the elevator to a huge number of restaurant choices. The rest of us hopped on the subway to go exploring. Recommend for a mixed age group

We stayed at the Granvia in Kyoto this year and in 2024. Kyoto hotel is AMAZING. Thought this hotel in Ozaka would be the same. Not at all. The rooms need to be remodeled they are old, not a clean impression. The carpet is dirty, the curtains, the bathroom fits only one person at a time. Very old. Will not recommend this hotel. This hotel needs a definite remodel.

Room had adequate space, was very clean. There are ample outlets for charging your devices. The bathroom was clean and neat. Because we stayed here during the Expo, the rate was rather expensive for one night: in excess of about $250
