New hotel and excellent location adjacent to Osaka station so transit is super handy, even to and from KIX airport. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by and easily accessible with multi level walkways, mostly under cover. Since Osaka station is only a few minutes away very easy to get to other parts of the city or other popular destinations. Staff are very friendly and helpful and most can speak at least some English. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Osaka.
