Property is very large but it is showing its age. Room was clean with decent amount of space. Wished the toilet room was not carpeted. Lots of guests coming in and out through the lobby throughout the day and evening. Regardless to say, it was good value for money as location is good in terms of transportation options and very close to the airport limousine bus stop which was the main reason why we booked the hotel.

The rooms feels a little dated but they did have a fridge with freezer space. We did not have a room on the side with the city view, which if you did would be really nice (we saw from the gym). Laundry machines need coins not digital payments, but did include a locking code so no worries of anyone taking out your clothes. Unfortunately the shower/tub room gets a mildew smell that keeps coming back. The location is excellent, close to train stations and bus stops including the airport bus. Restaurants in the Link are plentiful and the excellent. Walk over to Umeda station or Lucua for another hundred plus restaurants. The Link building also has tons of shopping and an arcade. Location is most excellent.
