My first time to go to Japan.The place is great and very accessible when it’s to transport.But the only I was disappointed, when I called the reception at midnight and asking if they had food because I was really hungry , the receptionist said “I’m sorry “ they don’t food to offer to me, I said even toast bread or apple. I recommend there’s a kitchen open for all people who check in.

The location of this hotel was great since it was so close to the subway station. Also, there were restaurants, grocery stores and an indoor playground for children all in the same building complex. The hotel room was clean and reasonably big considering that hotel rooms in Japan are typically smaller in size.

Location, dining, shopping are the best. Staff are excellent. Hotel room is quite tight but functional. Two days there were fairly strong smell of urine in two elevators, The third day it got better but still there. The forth day, the smell went away. We were very surprised by the issue happened in this hotel and in Japan.

Overall a nice hotel, but the room was not as advertised; we booked a triple, but the room was incredibly small and was really a room for one person that jammed three beds in it. The bathroom also had a strong urine smell and there were clear stains on the carpet.

Right inside a mall, within 5 mins of Osaka Umeda station so very convenient if you’re doing a few day trips out of Osaka. Very busy hotel with lots of guests at all times but still felt very safe. Room was spacious enough for 3 people and 3 luggages.

Strange hotel - no check in or check out support, all done through terminals, felt like an airport check in. Staff quite rude, asked for an early check in (30 mins before scheduled 3pm) and was effectively laughed at. Great location with easy access to trains and taxis. Limousine bus from KIX drops right at the door. Room was small for 3 adults, but was expected so no issues, but we didn't have much luggage. If travelling with large suitcases, you may struggle with more than 2 in the smaller rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall a convenient short stay hotel in Osaka. It is modern, rooms are small but match what is expected on most hotels these days. Easy self check in and out, not much interaction with staff unless you need something. The hotel has many rooms, so it can get busy on lifts at times. Excellent location, easy walk to both Umeda and Osaka stations, plenty of shopping and dinning options around.
