- Great location: mall connected by skyway and underground; poor signage from subway exit (very confusing in Links building too as B1 and such doesn’t work but 2/F being best - Nice room - Weak WiFi till staff gave dedicated room wifi password - Great laundry room usage monitoring but always full as same washer/dryer - dryer weak (1.5 hour still wet hence people hoarding) - Only one tissue paper in room and none in bathroom

A very convenient Hotel if you are planning to stay in Osaka and you need to take the airport bus, it was a bit confusing to arrive after reaching the bus station but once I knew where to go, everything else was very nice! Would love to stay there again

The check-in was an abomination. They don't do any kind of pre-checkin (you get there at 11 and want to 'checkin' and then come back for your room) so you have to wait around until exactly 3pm for them to open up kiosks (no humans to get you checkedin) that are 1) super confusing, 2) just don't work. Ended up needed a staff member to do a manual/old school checkin b/c the kiosk was not good.

Really is a great hotel, smooth check-in experience on the machine with help always on hand. Really helpful with the luggage delivery service too. Only downsides were the open bathroom layout (I would've loved one full bathroom with a door, and putting a mirror outside or on the wardrobes so we don't have to fight for mirror space or moving aside just to wash our hands). Additionally, the room size for the twin room we stayed in on the 20th floor was very cramped and the beds were narrower than those we had in Tokyo. Perhaps another downside, though not the fault of the hotel, is the one thing plaguing Japan at the moment which I experienced at the hotel and that's a few rude, impolite tourists ruining a bit of my experience here. Very good hotel nonetheless. Very close 3-4 minutes walk to the station, and literally in the same complex as Yodabashi Camera, a huge department store with the biggest choice of products I've ever seen.
