Lots of signs around the area showing you to the hotel, so it is easy to find (this part of osaka can be a multi-floor maze!) The hotel is on top of a mall/food complex, so access to shoping and dining was very convenient! The hotel staff were very nice and quick to help, the downstairs amenities were nice (worlds coldest drinking water!). The shower/bathtub is a whole room, which was really great, and the bed and view were incredible. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location for first time Osaka visitors. Lots of shopping downstairs and dining if you are too tired to venture out/ want to stay near hotel. Room is clean and bathroom is nice.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great during our stay. One small thing — on Oct 22, there was some dirt on the 28th floor elevator area. We informed the hotel, and the staff cleaned it up very quickly. Appreciate their prompt response!

Loved staying at this hotel which is right where Yodobashi is and is easily connected to so many other malls, dining options and most importantly public transportation. Hotel was very clean and spacious for Japan standards. Amenities are really good here too including laundry although difficult to time it well given the amount of other guests wanting to use it. My only issue with this hotel was that the pillows were not great for me and there weren't any other options when I asked. That said, it was an extremely comfortable stay and I would still pick this hotel again in the future if I visit Osaka.

Close to Osaka Station making it easy to explore the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of western and traditional options. If you get there before checkin at 3, hang out at the restaurant or wander the nearby shopping malls and alleys. Room was comfortable and clean.
