Room is tight however space is well used and there was storage for 2 check in sized luggage. They are setup for luggage delivery service with airporter which allowed us to send luggage from osaka to pur next stop in Kyoto. Shower/bathroom are excellent and very clean even though it is a bit tight. Staff were helpful. Hotel has laundry machines which are easily accessible. Location we felt was excellent with access to grocery store amd lots of restaurants. Also along Osaka Loop line which made access to the various stops relatively simple.

Really enjoyed our time there. Clean, quiet and nice breakfast. They also helped us forward our luggage to Tokyo! That was greatly appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to train station. Plenty of restaurants/bars/konbinjs/grocery stores nearby. Very safe and not chaotic like the major tourist spots in Osaka.

Great restaurants nearby. Especially recommend the Italian restaurant right next door. Check in was easy, staff were great and it was only one stop from Osaka Station.
