The hotel is situated on the edge of Osaka's version of Tokyo's Ginza District. The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel itself is very nice and the beds were comfortable. My only quibble was that the room got too warm for my tastes, even with the central air set as low as possible. There are clearly marked notes in the room regarding this, with a guest able to rent fans from the hotel. A cold shower or bath is an alternative. I would atay here again.

had an incredible stay in this hotel! unbeatable location, great amenities, spotless room and top-notch service. customer service outstanding- all staff from the concierge, front desk and housekeeping were all respectful and attentive without being intrusive. antonio from the concierge was remarkable. our luggage cracked and there was no time to purchase a new one. we asked antonio if the hotel had a masking tape. not only did he provide one, he personally did the taping for us. my husband and i are truly grateful! overall, hotel is impressive and we will definitely come back!

Best value for your money. Room was cleaned every day. Train station being right under the hotel was convenient. Bedding was very comfortable. Available amenities were great, they provided more than what you’d need. Would definitely recommend above others such as the Holiday Inn. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and spoke English. We had our luggage forwarded from Tokyo and picking it up at check in was seamless. The hotel is also right on top of a subway station, which can be accessed without needing to go outside. I highly recommend this place.

Clean room and courteous staff. The staff was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. The concierge Kenichiro Eto was the best.....he helped us booked tours and even taught us how to use the train system.
