The subway stops at the hotel. It was very convenient. The staff served very graciously. I will come back to this hotel when I visit Osaka again .

This hotel is very conveniently located right by the train station as well as across from Parco (department store). There is also a Family Mart right around the corner if you need to do any convenience store runs. Room is a little small (Which I expected, so not complaining) but very clean and nice. The free amenities provided were also very nice- I particularly liked the shampoo. I did not try them, but there were even free skincare samples provided in the bathroom. We tried some of the onsite dining as well (The Teppanyaki place and Japanese Restaurant Benkay) and although they were a bit pricey, they were well worth it! Amazing food with beautiful presentation! If we visit Osaka again, we definitely want to come back to Hotel Nikko just to eat the food! The only complaint I have is that the walls seem a little thin, and we could often hear the room next to us when they spoke loudly. However, this did not greatly impact our stay, so it was okay. Thank you so much for great service and we hope to return in the future!

Great hotel, fabulous location

Nice hotel, great location across the road from SHINSAIBASHI station. Staff are wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Rooms are on the small side with very little space for suitcases etc. There are no drawers, there’s a small wardrobe. Bathroom is lovely and modern with a wet room including a bath and shower. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants but we did use the bar. Lovely space with great drinks and service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka

The bathroom cleanliness was terrible. The floor tiles was supper dirty where the sink area. The wall tiles around the bathtub had lots of mouds and dirty mark between tiles. Room carpet was torn an area where we walked the most. The only positive is the location, you can get into the train station without going on the street.

This hotel is in very close proximity to Dotombori and various shopping choices, as well as train entry just below the hotel. There is also a great 7-11 down the street. The staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. We had a neighbor that was being very loud all through the night. We asked for help and the staff handled it very promptly. The only downside we could find is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Be ready for a very stiff mattress. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is in the center of everything fun and good in Osaka. The staff is the most awesome and friendliest lot I’ve ever experience. You must try the Ramen place around the corner right, across Bridge Hotel too. Best bang for buck for Ramen in Osaka.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. The property is clean and safe. It is conveniently located to the subway. The staff were professional and organized. We had 2 rooms that were comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
