Hotel’s walking distance to train station. There’s a lot of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Staff’s professional and friendly. The room is small but you’ll have everything you need. It’s clean and well maintained. Considering the cost of living in Osaka, I think the hotel’s affordable with all the amenities. I think the only negative I want to say and this is based on my taste in food, is to have a different breakfast menu, some of the food’s kind of tasteless. But other than that, overall the hotel’s great.

Great little hotel in a central spot. Very close to shinsaibashi, but far enough that was very quiet area. Good quality of room, small but standard Japanese size. Bathroom spotless and comfortable bed.

Amazing location . close to Dontobori and other major attractions . Close to subway. Room was nice and cozy , staff were great . The hotel is located in a quiet area but close enough to the tourist attractions . I 1000% would stay here again. Staff were amazing.

The hotel was conveniently located near eateries and shopping. There were 2 seniors and 1 adult. I thought we booked a single room for 3 people but instead we got 2 rooms.We checked in later at night about 9 pm because of a flight delay. We bought some food at the market and thought we could bring it back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel strickly closed a snack/dining area at 10 pm. We ended up using the microwave on the 2nd floor and eating in our rooms. Also, the seniors switched rooms the next night to a handicap unit and paid the extra fees. The original bathroom was small and resembled a modular type unit. You had to step up onto a platform to enter the bathroom and it became a tripping hazard for us. We're more used to a level floor from the bedroom to bathroom. The breakfast was more than adequate and tasty. We were impressed that all food groups were represented.
