Conveniently located to shopping area. Staff with limited English ability-- could have been more helpful in getting a ride to Kansai airport. Didn't like the step up bathroom--hard on guests with even mildly limited mobility and a trip hazard. refrigerator temp not cold enough.

Nice location, close to shopping street. Hotel is a bit old and lacks restoration. Cleanliness is average, our room had a faulty air conditioning. Hotel can be better.

Would stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone. Location was amazing. Close to many shops, tons of convenience stores, restaurants including McDonald’s. It was clean and comfortable a good size for Japan. They had free soft drinks, coffee tea and even cup noodles. Used the laundry facilities and microwave. Excellent!
