First noticed the smooth elevator. The staff was really considerate. We enjoyed the room. It had great view and amenities, like Dyson hair curler. The room can by controlled by a tablet. We also were given free drinks at the roof top bar. The hotel elevator will take you down to the subway.

We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much. The property was beautiful, room was spacious and conveniently located. The staff was wonderful especially Sumitomo-san. My husband needed medical attention while we were there and she patiently helped us locate an English speaking clinic nearby. She saw us a few days later and remembered us and asked how he was feeling. Everyone was great but she stood out because of this. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again. The tooftop bar was beautiful too. 5 stars all around!

We loved this hotel, by far the best we’ve stayed at along our Asia trip. Beautiful, high-tech rooms with all the amenities (my room came with a Dyson air wrap as a fun little perk!), walkable to everything, with the subway in the basement of the hotel plus across from the station where the airport rapid train lets out. Wonderful service, would stay again!
