Hotel was very nice and clean. Elevator takes you straight to the train station. Many shops and restaurants close by that are walkable. Overall I was happy and comfortable with my stay. Would stay again

The hotel boasts an exceptional location right above Namba Subway Station, with Takashimaya and OIOI department stores directly opposite, as well as a Moncler boutique. It's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The design and architecture of the hotel are highly artistic. The rooms are spacious and clean, and guests can request to have two single beds joined together. The amenities are comprehensive and of high quality, including a tablet for controlling electronic devices, an air freshener spray, multi-port charging stations, a capsule coffee machine, and Pola and Mikimoto toiletries. Housekeeping and restocking are prompt and efficient. The staff I encountered provided excellent service—they were warm, proactive, and enthusiastic. The front desk has Chinese-speaking employees, ensuring smooth and effective communication in Chinese, English, and Japanese. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes, with daily menu updates. During my rushed checkout, staff on the first floor kindly helped us load our luggage into the car.

The hotel was sitting on top of the Namba station, it has access to the station from and a family mart directly from one of the floors. Walking distance from Dotonbori. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern hotel.

This location was amazing and very walkable! Minutes from tourist attractions, food, shopping and nightlife. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel was very clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is so nice and accommodating. My family loved this hotel.

The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.
