Where are the staff?

I'm not sure if there are many staff at this hotel. We only seen a person at the front desk once when we first checked in. We stayed three nights and never saw any housekeeping staff. I placed a do not disturb sign but we weren’t given clean towels.

Staff didn't speak english at all. Communication was unnecessarily complicated. Everything still worked out fine though, we just wished that it was easier. Everything else was either good or great, also relatively easy accessible and a good starting point for one day trips from Osaka to Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima or Nagoya.

ラブホ街にあるためかとても静かな環境にあります。近くに大手チェーンホテルもあり不思議な立地環境です。清掃、備品、設備、アメニティに不足はありません。テレビは大型サイズで最高です。朝食会場が狭く事前に時間帯の予約が必要なことはやや不便ですが、料金を考えると全体的にコスパは最高です。
