Great location for families visiting USJ. Easy walk to the park, Universal Citywalk, yhe airport bus limousine, and the train. Our room was clean and the staff were all helpful and kind. You won't be able to check in early, but you can leave your baggage there safely and explore the area while you wait. Also conveniently located near the ferry terminal to visit the aquarium across the bay. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for our family and I would recommend the property to friends.

Hotel Universal Vita Port was a great hotel. It was a 5 minute walk from park gates and the city walk that had a variety of dining options available. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

I stayed here with my teen son. We loved this hotel. Very reasonable price and convenient for USJ visit, for trains and ferry service to the aquarium - Both within 5min walk. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful. Storage for bags was offered so we could continue to explore after checkout. Room was clean, tidy and super well equipped. Beds were a little hard compared to home, but after huge days out and about this was not an issue. Cute decor with ‘Minions’ statues and pics. Would definitely stay again.

Well worth the price and the convenience of being close to USJ. The rooms were surprisingly large (for Japan) with a huge Japanese style bath which we definitely took advantage of to soak our sore feet from being on them all day in USJ and the nearby Tempozan/Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. City Walk is nearby for food and some souvenir shopping as well.

Loved staying here. Convenient location to USJ and train station. Only a few minutes walk to Universal. Hotel staff are all very friendly. Buffet breakfast was exceptional!! Rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards. Highly recommend staying here!!

The Hotel is a short walk from the train station and universal studios, and is also close to the ferry that goes to the Aquarium. It has a Lawson next door for early or late night snacks which was very convenient. We stayed in a 4 bed room with a bathroom. It was clean and comfortable, and it also had a humidifier which was appreciated.

The breakfast buffet was so great! The only jarring part was the room was such a vibrant orange, wish they would change that color scheme/room option. Not relaxing at all after a day in the park.
