The reception guy spoke English so fast that I had a hard time understanding him. The hotel hall on our floor smelled funky. The room’s carpet was worn and not very clean. The sofa/beds were worn. The breakfast buffet was good. The proximity to Universal was good.

Staff spoke English and assisted us in getting our luggage when we had it shipped over from another hotel. They also had storage lockers for guest who are staying at the hotel to use. Hotel is just across from the Universal Studio so after a long day at the park it was nice not having to travel far to hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many great selections. The twin room was great and had a great view overlooking the studio park

A great place to stay for families with kids of all ages, especially if visiting USJ next door for multiple days. The nearest train station is right across the road and the ferry to Tembokan Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium area leaves from directly in front of the hotel, as well as another tour. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful, staff absolutely lovely and everything in our room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are excellent also, eco friendly where possible. A great stay in Osaka!

We have a great stay. Staff was nice and the facilites were clean and had everything you need if you forgot anything at home. So solid party room had even more space than we needed. It was amazing! Right across from universal just a short walk across the street. Would return definitely if I come back to Universal Japan!
