Walking distance to Osaka stations, shopping and dining venues. Breakfast was nice, good variety and healthy, however, Japanese breakfast would have been nicer. Staff was great and quick check in.

Room clean, amenities of very good quality. Excellent staff: Yumi at the Reception loaned me four sets of cups and saucers which were not provided in the room; Bellman at the door extremely hospitable and helpful with stored luggage.

This hotel was amazing. The room and bathroom were decently sized. It was clean and fresh. Staff were very accomodating. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and shopping centre. Highly recommend this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Clean, great staff, location right next to the train station. Do not eat at their buffet restaurant downstairs. Caught us off guard how expensive it was and the quality wasn’t all that. This is what missed the 5 star. Also, you have to walk some distance to attractions or hail a cab.

Clean room, good housekeeping, very polite and detailed staffs. Too bad the booked room was not the same size as the one we stayed last year, quite cramped. The room should be equipped with more cups, and saucers, but it only had 2 of former and ZERO of latter. I had to asked for 10 minutes but staff finally gave me. Could be more readily.

The hotel is several minutes away from the JR station—not the closest, but still a good location. The rooms are bigger than most Japanese hotels, which are famous for small rooms.

Staff not accommodating to allow 35 minutes before check in. Coffee shop attached to hotel in front just terrible and lastly bed too small and against the wall with the worst pillows
