We booked this hotel because it stated it was a room for 5 people. We were traveling with my three kids, ages 7, 11, and 17. It was hard based off the pictures to see if the room would be big enough for all of us but based off their recommendation we booked the room. It, in fact, was not big enough. We were given three twin size beds for 5 people. In what world is three twin size beds big enough for 5 people? Even small children would not sleep comfortably in this room. The hotel should not have allowed us to book this room. No lies were told in retrospect....the listing stated there were three twin sized beds. So blame me if you'd like but I still stand by the fact that they should not allow 5 people to stay in this space. The room was average level of cleanliness if you consider puke stains on the bed skirt and carpet of average cleanliness. The location was great.

500m walk to Osaka station and Hankyu station. Lots of eating venues, convenience stores and shopping. Hotel was a bit noisy at night as I can hear people talking outside and banging things next rooms. No decent coffee in room, only instant coffee. Room size is decent and very clean.

Everything was good , decent size room and Restaurant and cafe adjoining was great . Right next to OSAKA station , Just go across and Walk through he shopping center and !st floor is straight walk to Osaka station so convenient. All shops and Food places are walking distance less than 500m.

A great hotel choice for being near the Osaka Station, a great variety of shopping and dining and the Hep 5 mall with ferris wheel (terrifying but worth it) can recommend this as a good hub if it’s within your budget!
