This was our first hotel we visited when we arrived in Japan. We were amazed by how nice everything in the area was. The hotel was very clean and right next to a 7-Eleven, making connivence shopping easily accessible. It’s even a few blocks away from the river in Osaka! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with questions and the check-in procedure. The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with both a high-tech shower and toilet with incredible hygiene products. The beds were also perfectly firm and comfortable. If you ever plan on visiting Osaka, Japan, this hotel is highly recommend! | 日本に到着して初めて訪れたホテルです。周辺環境の素晴らしさに驚きました。ホテルはとても清潔で、セブンイレブンのすぐ隣なので、買い物にもとても便利です。大阪の川までも数ブロックという好立地です！スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、質問やチェックインの手続きにも親切に対応してくれました。部屋はとても清潔で静かで、ハイテクなシャワーとトイレ、そして素晴らしい衛生用品が完備されていました。ベッドもしっかりとした硬さで快適でした。もし大阪を訪れる予定があれば、このホテルを強くお勧めします！

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was located close to Dotonburi, walkable from Namba station, and was well appointed. The staff were very polite & helpful and took care of forwarding my luggage to the next hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very small room and not worth it

Location is good but the view of the room is totally not what the picture shows in the website. Also, room is very small for four people. We are playing rush hour if there were more than 1 person sharing the path to bathroom. Zero space for luggage. Will not come back as there are better choices on the same street
