The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that it was close to the station where you can go pretty much everywhere. I ate breakfast once in the hotel, it was ok but you have so many other options around. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

Good central location near Umeda station, friendly staff. They were very helpful with sending my luggage to the next city. Though their eco-system for towels didn’t work as I didn’t receive clean towels and had to ask for them at reception.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, good central location. Room was ok but not quite as good as other hotels we have stayed in during our visit to Japan, there was no pjs, welcome drink or bottled water as supplied in the other hotels that were the same price range and standard, not that that matters but just didn't feel as nice as some of the other hotels we stayed in but credit to the staff.

Staff is helpful and able to speak english. Check in and check out are easy. Just need to remember to throw the used towel and trash bin at room door. All instructions are written in card. The breakfast is super, love the burger, tomato, salad, avarcardo. Free drink and hot water on second floor. Hotel is 3 minutes walking distance from life supermarket.

The hotel was conveniently located close to transport and food outlets in the nearby markets. Staff were fabulous. The room was quiet, small (usual for Japanese rooms) but comfortable as was the bed. We stayed an extra night and would book it again.

there was hair in my bathroom tub upon checking in. the sink is clogged because the water took forever to drain. i only stayed few days so I just delt with it. also I checked in really late and was tired to ask for another room. staff was wonderful and very helpful. location is great. Room is very, very small. no room for luggage.

The room wasn't as clean as my hotel in Tokyo. So it was pretty jarring to go from that to this. It's not horrible though and I got used to it. The saving grace for this property is that it's extremely close to A LOT in Osaka, especially the gay bars if that's what you're into. The train station is also super close too. So, I would stay here again just for the convenience of it.
