From the greeting we received when we first arrived to the service we received shipping our bags when we left, everything was wonderful. We have recommended the Imperial hotel Osaka to family and friends already. Shipping our luggage was confusing as we have never experienced this magical service in the USA. The Bell desk made the process easy. We felt very confident about the whole thing. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We appreciated their willingness to help in English. It was a great stay and we will be back.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. Every single employee greeted us and helped us with every single thing you could imagine. The amenities were amazing. They had everything you could think of.

Staff was amazing. Helped us get reservations for dinner at a great izakaya down the street. Nice amenities in the room - water, tea, coffee, toiletries, robes. Helpful staff made suggestions for public transport routes when sight seeing.

Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids also enjoyed their space in their room, with two single beds, and ensuite facilities, and two small tables to get their own things done, together with their own wardrobe closet. there were different breakfast options, of which i tried the Jap-Western on L2 and the Jap one on L24. variety was sufficient but for the L2 fusion, I would have hoped for more fruits, especially the japanese melons and grapes if possible. i would definitely look forward to another stay there.

El staff es super buena onda, increiblemente amabes; por mucho más que en el promedio que de por sí es muy bueno. Me encantó el tamaño del cuarto y la vista. Lo mejor definitivamente fue el buffet. 100% vale la pena porque tiene todas las opciones. Las almohadas y la cama fueron de lo mejor también entonces 5 estrellas en ese aspecto. El checkin y la introducción para entender los diferentes aspectos como el buffet, el control para el aire o para abrir las persianas automáticas, también muy buenas. Lo único que cambiaría sería que quizás hay ciertos aspectos dentro de la habitación que la hacen sentirse vieja y quizás hasta sucia. Es una cuestión sólo de percepción: en parte por la alfombra y no sé, hay algunos toques en el diseño de interior que podrían hacerlo sentir un poco más moderno pero de ahí en fuera todo lo demás impecable.

Room is clean, staff are friendly! The shuttle bus to Osaka station is convenient, but if you take airport bus and try to transit onto hotel bus, it is not easy to find it! The breakfast price is little over price!
