Everything was good until last day at check out. The hotel lets you store your luggage in their lobby, they have a chain and lock you can loop onto your luggage handle and lock it to a fixed anchor on their shelves. My friend did that, but someone else claimed they had forgotten their code to unlock it so the staff unlocked my friends bagpack and took it. Luckily the man was still in hotel when we returned to pick up our bags and the staff was able to locate him.

Our stay at the Kansai Washington Airport Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for travelers coming in and out of KIX. The staff were warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful, which made check-in smooth and stress-free after a long travel day. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with quick access to the airport, Rinku Town shopping, and nearby dining options. This was the perfect place to rest, recharge, and start our trip with ease.
