The staff were really nice and helpful, the front desk area has amenities that are free to take. I like that one floor you can microwave and get free beverages, you may hang out and eat in that area also. I liked that there is a water station in each floor you can get for free and my friends and I like to get some to drink and to make hot water. The public bathhouse was nice and have direction while there was a lot of laundry machine in the same floor.

I had a pleasant stay overall — the hotel offers comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and good service. However, I did encounter some issues with guest etiquette at the public bath. On two consecutive nights, my slippers were taken from the changing area, which was quite frustrating. I’ve already informed the hotel and suggested placing a clear sign reminding guests to wear their own slippers when leaving. Additionally, my wife noticed a guest with visible tattoos in the bath, which could make some visitors uncomfortable given the usual etiquette in Japanese onsen-style baths. Aside from these incidents, everything else about the hotel was great, and I’d consider staying again if guest conduct in shared spaces improves.

Prior to my arrival, I made an inquiry via email regarding the hotel's luggage transfer service to Tokyo. I was informed that I simply needed to submit my luggage one day before 11 AM for it to be delivered to Tokyo. Upon my arrival, on the third or fourth day, I sought to reconfirm the luggage transfer service. I was then informed that, due to Black Friday, my luggage would not reach Tokyo by the following day, but rather in four to five days. This information was quite disappointing and unexpected. I believe I should have been informed of this upon my arrival, and I consider myself fortunate to have proactively checked with the staff a few days beforehand. The staff did provide assistance by identifying the nearest convenience store offering luggage transfer services and aided in completing the necessary forms. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was commendable; the room was consistently tidied, and trash was removed daily. The washing and drying machine, while taking a considerable amount of time to complete its cycle, was still deemed acceptable. Shin-Osaka Station is approximately a 5-10 minute walk away. The journey to the station was quite enjoyable.

Good hotel within easy walking distance of the Shin-Osaka station with a Lawson's close by. Room was very clean, exactly as expected, and with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing, with Japanese and Western options. They also offer a section of seating after 2pm (until 10pm) with free soft drinks/coffee that you're allowed to bring in food to eat. The staff was friendly and they were able to store our luggage for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.
