Great location and friendly staff. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby were a bonus. Room was good, but a little cramped. Not much room for suitcases. Biggest issue was the air conditioning that didn’t work that well. Couldn’t get the room cool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location but nice and quiet. Staff are kind and very helpful. The free drinks were AMAZING and what we loved the most. Cons: The windows weren’t able to open, so it was little bit stuffy and the aircon didn’t go low enough to for us to feel cool. But it’s only a small detail.

Not the best ambiance but the hotel is super practical. You can quickly get to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi but avoids the crowds. Great dining options right next to hotel. I loved the coffee and soda machines in the lobby. The A/C is not the best and don't provide smart TVs.

Stayed here as a family of 4 in a connecting room. We loved the hotel as it was spacious, clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed the drink/snack station with communal rest area. Hotel is in a great location! Close enough to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street but yet quiet with great eateries nearby. We would stay again.

Nice hotel that is close to all the night excitement but not so close you have to wear earplugs or sleep mask and importantly a short distance to transportation/metro. We opted not for breakfast as we leave very early to travel to places near Osaka and there are too many choices at the train station. The room we had was a decent size that was very comfortable. Wifi was ok and laundry was so-so as there were only 2 machines and one was broken. It was very competitive to do a load. Air conditioning was fine and also water pressure. The staff were all nice and helpful especially arranging for luggage transportation. The had drinks available for free at the lobby and snacks (package biscuits, saugages, red bean candy etc - nothing fancy).
