This hotel was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were excellent. The grounds look out on the bay and you can watch ships coming and going. My only very small complaint is that the beds are extremely firm, but I think this may be cultural.

Excellent hotel, could easily be a 5 star. Staff are top notch, very convenient location for USJ, hotel restaurants have some decent value since there's not much options too close. 7/11 right next door. One issue I had is the lack of nightstands in our room.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was bigger than expected, beds were so comfy, fantastic view of Universal Studios, multiple facilities available in the hotel itself. The bathroom is amazing. Staff were so friendly and spoke English fluently.

The Onsen was our favorite. Very “spa” like. The buffet was very good. However, the beds were very hard. Train station across the street. Universal studios one stop away. Aquarium across with ferry, all the way around using train.

Beautiful hotel, with large rooms and wonderful amenities. The only downside was that the room did smell a bit musty when we arrived but it had been raining most of the day. Overall, a really wonderful hotel close to Universal Studios Japan.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, with the toilet in a separate enclosed space. We had a buffet breakfast one day, and it was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is across the street from the Sakurajima station, using the Yumesaki line. Very convenient for going places around Osaka. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The best stay in our Japan trip. The room was big and the giant window amazing. The view was great. We were travelling with a 3 year old, this was the first hotel that “remembered” to give her a towel as well. The hotel was super clean and the staff nice

The place is absolutely fantastic. We had a nice time in hotel’s public hot spring. Close location makes the place easy access to USJ, and its price is much more reasonable compared to other surrounding hotels.
